Human-centered Design

Design that revolves around user; deep-diving customer journey to empathize their psychological experience.
Elements: psychology (cognitive, behavioral, empathy), marketing (analytic, acquisition, retention), experience (tradition, culture), human-centered design (personalized, expands on human needs)
